Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using logsome.app (the "Service") operated by Samagra Tech ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Logsome, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Logsome is a personal time tracking and goal management application with an AI-powered conversational interface. Features include:

  • Logging time against personal goals and commitments
  • AI-assisted insights and conversation
  • Progress tracking and reporting

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and is subject to change at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use Logsome, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Logsome to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Logsome — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Samagra Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create within Logsome (your logs, goals, and notes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store this content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. AI-Powered Features

Logsome uses AI to provide insights and conversational assistance. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated responses may not always be accurate and should not be treated as professional advice.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI output.
  • Conversation data may be processed by third-party AI providers (see our Privacy Policy).

7. Beta Access

Logsome is currently in beta. As a beta user, you understand that:

  • The Service may contain bugs or errors.
  • Features may change, be added, or removed without notice.
  • We may limit or restrict access at our discretion.
  • Feedback you provide during beta may be used to improve the product.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samagra Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, if greater, £100 GBP).

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other legitimate reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
